jVectorMap doesn't display Bahrain #11

We have many attacks related to Bahrain, and I just noticed that it isn't displayed in the map. How can we fix this?

Seems like all tiny countries need to be added in with a markers array when .vectorMap() is inititated...

Ah, very interesting. The problem is that we can't highlight markers as we do with the other countries, right?

I think I can still make it work, at least to highlight the colors the same.
