Add console client based on existing code

It would be great to have command line interface to "Diia":

• No need to use phone
• Bash completions can be added

@and3rson man, believe me or not, but my suggestion was without any ironic. I mean I understood what was happening here and that's funny, but why shouldn't I ask for command line tool? :)
At least this would look cool. Really cool. Despite being absolutely useless.
