A Category system to sort commands in categories #3761

I agree. With my bot, I have many administration and not many user commands. So, having commands separated by categories would make it easier on the user on which command they can and cannot use. Would also help administrators see all commands under that category rather than going through the whole list. |

Good point. I agree. |

As a workaround, we could use Categories as Commands and the actual commands as Subcommands. But yeah, it's not a good user experience that way. If they overhaul the UI for it and make subcommands detectable directly by slash, it would be perfect. |

Isn't this kind of the main idea already established with subcommands eventually being nest able groups? That way you could "categorize" them by specific denotations of a command's purpose of specification. |

A category system in slash commands would be good, where we can select a bot, and select a category, and it will only display commands which are in that category. Such as if we select dank memers slash commands, and select economy category, then it will only display those commands, which are registered under the economy category by the developer. Koz we need to move all commands to slash commands because of the intent and there are bots with hundreds of commands. So to find one command of even a single bot is tough.
(I know we can use sub commands, but this would be a better option)
