Add a color value for select options

Currently with Select options we can only specify an emoji to go next to the text. I think it would be nice if we could also put a color instead of an emoji and we'd get a circle (or other shape) of the color next to the text. Currently I'm using emoji for a color role select (see the image below) and I'm using emoji to maintain those circles. I think the colors could get use beyond that as well with things like statuses and the like where you don't need an image necessarily to convey something when a simple color could do just fine. This would also save needing to update emoji.

This could also potentially go well with the option of preset icons that are built into the client that could also be used without needing emoji, things like a tag, a channel icon, a voice channel icon, etc.

In my opinion it would be better to provide a raw image instead of having to upload emojis; I would assume there is a reason Discord did not take this route, however.

With raw images you'd be uploading an image every single time the select is sent, which can add up quite fast, which is why I imagine they didn't go that route.

yeah, and moreso, the receiving clients would have to make all those fetch requests while they already have a local store of emojis. I feel like this would provide a way to stylize cleanly with potentially a performance improvement actually.
