Create Interaction Response should return a message object,

Currently POST/interactions/:interaction_id/:interaction_token/callback always returns 204, even with ?wait=true supplied. The only way to get the message is by intercepting it from the gateway, or making another request to get original message. You have to make a request for a no-op edit to the original message to get an ephemeral message object.

Also GET /webhooks/{interaction.id}/{interaction.token}/messages/@original does work with ephemeral responses now
