Sync button on bot pages makes no changes

Describe the Bug

Commands are not synced after clicking the sync button, and there is no error response indicating an issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click "sync" on a bot that has had changes made to its global command list
2. View its commands header

Expected Behavior

The commands are refreshed.

I am pretty sure that this is fixed now (likely was in a prior release?), as I've just seen it update slash commands in prod, but I'll test this tomorrow
