Error : USER_BANNER_NOT_FETCHED

Hi, i'm doing a code who save avery user of a server into a json file to use it on another code, my question is, why can i do to not have this error again ?

my code is something like this (it is into the "client.on ready" function ):

Guild.members.cache.forEach(User => {

        if(db.get("xp_user").find({id: User.user.id})){
