This should be simple to reproduce, update the name of your std.lib.dev.mkShell to something containg a single quote, i.e. std's devshell:

/nix/store/rzjbffdwqkaqqgyp6hw51jk7afjdn6cc-sntx-s-std-nixago-configs-dir/env.bash:160: syntax error near unexpected token `fi'
direnv: error exit status 2
