As a system or group admin I want to be able to see the status of outgoing integrations

Access to the status of outgoing integrations is currently only available to ops personell that has access to system logs.

Describe the solution you'd like

System and group admins should be able to see an overview of the outgoing integrations and their status on a high level.

Describe alternatives you've considered

A diagnostic view that show the currently active outgoing integrations, their up/down status and possibly the number of messages sent in the last xxx minutes or so.

Additional context

• Outgoing integrations are typically custom, so we need to have a uniform interface for status information (like health endpoints) to pull this off.
