I originally posted this issue at ferram4/Ferram-Aerospace-Research, then today I realized that this is the active branch.
I'm running RSS/RP-1 with other mods, including Universal Storage. I've got a variety of experiments in a Universal Storage 2m cylindrical fairing. I opened up the fairing and started up the experiments, and several of them are showing as "shrouded" in spite of the fairing being open (and, in several cases, the experiments having extended out of the fairing). Specifically, the Infrared Radiometer and the Orbital Telescope are showing as shrouded in Space Low, and the Mass Spectrometry Unit was showing as shrouded while I was still Flying High (it's showing as Waiting now, because the Mass Spec experiment is complete in Space Low).
I brought this up on the RSS Discord and was told that it was a FAR issue, so I'm posting about it here.
