Due to dangling locks left by other operations (including just reading processing orders), the order delete command on the CLI (and on the GUI) can only be executed successfully after restarting the database (or otherwise removing the dangling locks). To be investigated where the transaction handling leaks (Order Manager?).

The dangling locks produced by the monitor service are removed.
