🚨 오류 내용

'A 사용자 -> B 사용자 채팅 신청->B 사용자 -> A 사용자 채팅 신청` 상황에서 총 2개의 요청 대기 채팅방이 생기지 않고 먼저 생겼던 채팅방이 사라지는 버그

✒️ 수정할 사항

요청 받은 채팅방은 사라지지 않는다.
