🛠️ 어떤 기능인가요?

Refresh Token과 Access Token이 401로 동일한 HTTP 상태 코드를 사용하고 있는 상태로
현재, 클라이언트 측에서 Refresh Token이 만료되었음에도 불구하고 계속하여 재발급(Reissue)을 호출하는 문제가 존재함.

해당 문제를 해결하기 위해 임의의 상태 코드인 418 I'm a teapot 으로 변경

🗒️ 작업 상세 내용

  • Refresh Token 만료시 발생하는 Exception을 별도로 생성
