Add File>New>Create New Diagram to provide example diagrams like Venn diagrams

Diagram examples like Venn diagrams: https://drawio-app.com/create-venn-diagrams-with-draw-io/, aren't currently available in this plugin. This is due to missing option: File>New>Create New Diagram. Kindly add this option.

The current workaround entails initiating this type of diagram in another diagram.net integration and copy it over to the IntelliJ IDEA plugin. Initiate it for example in the desktop or online versions.
