FR: Support the source_port_range property in subnet rules #5

At the moment only source_port_ranges are supported in subnet rules. The configuration of

source_port_ranges           = ["0-65535"]

leads to a warning while performing a terraform apply. This can be avoided by being able to configure

source_port_range           = "*"
