Support for all the "dzil test" options

I plan to run "dzil cover" as a replacement for "dzil test" in continuous integration. Some folks run them separately, I suppose to avoid heisenbugs due to coverage.

It would be nice if "dzil cover" supported all the same options as "dzil test" especially "--release", "--automated" and "--author".
