I noticed that once I get to one hundred or so saved rows in my parse application, all the values are still loaded by the plugin when opening an annotatable page with debugging turned on, but the relevant rectangles and annotations no longer display. Apparently either the annotrious or the plugin javascript are not able to handle that many rows.
Maybe this could be fixed by parsing only the rows which match the currently active URL or image URL. Unfortunately, I don't understand javascript enough to try and do it myself.
