V2.11.2, SpeedL bug?

Customer description:
If you try to job ini the RZ direction without the addition of one of the XYZ axis it will error out. THere does not need to be much but if I put 20 on the RZ for speed and 1 in the XY or Z direction it will rotate RZ, if there are all 0's and you rotate RZ it has an error.
