task_compliance 실행이 controller에서는 되는데 rqt에서는 안돼요 #220

task compliance로 강성을 조절하려고 하는데 controller에서는 빠르게 움직여도 safe_stop이 안돼고 잘 움직이는데 rqt로 강성 조절하면 조금만 움직여도 safe_stop이 걸려요.
