Remove the buttons for show/hide all deleted punishes

This button has no effect the way I see it. Clearly mark deleted punishes as deleted and you don't really need this functionality.

The same goes for the button "delete all punishes".

I think the user's punishments view would get really cluttered if you always viewed all their deleted punishments together with non-deleted.
I agree that the "Slett alle" button can be replaced with something that makes it easier to reset punishments for everyone.

How many punishes do you think will be deleted? I'll guess almost none, so the button has in reality no function.

After a teambuilding all of them will be deleted, so I think there is.

A better approach would be to divide the punishes by year or something. "Deleting" would be wrong in this context.
