According to helix.dot.net the windows 11 queues we have in helix are running 21h2 or 22h2. Both of these versions of Windows 11 have reached EOL. As such we should update our queues to 24h2.

This also including updating our on premises queues - which will require inaction with the customers using these queues (especially PERF).

I expected the helix-machines EndOfLifeDate metadata field to warn of this. Why didn't it?
