Windows 7 has reached EOL and there will be definitely no new features.
For TLS and HTTP protocol, the best practice is to support a range of versions, and let the negotiation protocol to select the best version. This will support the largest range of users. |

For Windows 10, it's better to ask the OS team. But I'm afraid there won't be. The OS core version hasn't changed since 19041.
