在页面使用QRCode组件后，在页面中使用NavigationManager导航控制台会报错：fail: Microsoft.AspNetCore.Components.Server.Circuits.CircuitHost[111]

@wl830 感谢提交 Issue 很标准，给了复现例子，但是复现例子在我电脑上运行是好的。并没有报错，F12 强制刷新一下试试看，有问题再来跟帖即可

刷新试过了，也换电脑试过，控制台上还是会报错，QRCode组件去掉就不会报这个错的，会不会是QRCode组件的js有影响
