Add a scrollbar next to the chat log in order to be able to see messages you missed that have gone too far down

i put the scrollbar but the not able to show all the chat

You should take a look here, this is the function that clears old notifications. This feature would probably require the old notifications to stay in memory though, but I doubt this has a big performance cost.
