Plugin expects schema v4 not v5

It looks like the plugin currently looks for schema v4, but dprint is using v5. It looks like this could work as a simple bump?

`dprint` not available in Package Control

Hi @dsherret I tried install package via Package control and it did not found, so i looked at here and seems error 404, can you look please if you can find time?

Should clear cache after a configuration file is added

If a configuration file is added, the directory cache should be cleared. I m not sure how this should work.

Do not block main thread for too long

At the moment, the editor may hang on the initial save if the CLI needs to download plugins. Something should be done about this... perhaps prefetching editor-info to just reduce the likelihood?
