Add checksum to Chocolatey Package #70

So that Chocolatey can verify that the downloaded exe is what each package version expected.

This is not currently a requirement for Chocolatey Packages, but at some point, it will be.

Alternatively, embedding the exe into the Chocolatey Package would be an alternative.
