Searching for spyware (recently threatened of token grabber)

My brother recommended I use HijackThis to check for potential malware on my system. I'm seeking assistance in analyzing the scan results to ensure my system is free from any malicious software. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
