OutputContentType CDA_R30, CDA_R31 regarding ValidateReport, EcrReportCreator and addKARStatus endpoint

We want to clear up some questions with how CDA_R30 and CDA_R31 are treated interchangeability in some places in the code. When saving the output format it appears the logic saves either status CDA_R30, CDA_R31 as CDA_R30. However there are multiple if conditions throughout the code which are looking specifically for a type of CDA_R31. Are these planned to continue to be use interchangeably? Will there ever be a CDA_R31 specific validator?

Can you verify if schema validation for either CDA_R30 and CDA_R31 are expected with the updated ersd v3 bundle using the patientlaunch flow?
