Monitor remote directories.

I looked through the docs but was unable to find if SFTPGo is able to monitor remote folder locations for files.

I'd like to confirm if SFTPGo can support the following use case:
-Login to remote SFTP server.
-Get list of all available files.
-Compare against a "manifest" of what we need.
-If all files are present, download.
-If some are missing, keep monitoring until all are present.
