No reaction to mouse clicks. #1023

Whenever I put the mouse cursor over one of the splitters on retrobar, the cursor changes, but it can't be dragged.

I've tried locking/unlocking the taskbar. No effect

In fact, the only thing that the mouse can do is to click icon buttons and the start button.

Also, how to change taskbar colour and icon size etc ?

It's possible these are already there but hidden by the inability to respond to button presses.

I've also tried un/installing open shell. No change.

Is anybody else having a similar issue ?.Is it just me being stupid ?
