Moderation Hat Emoji!

Let's come up with an emoji to post in slack when someone is acting as a moderator, so we don't have to say "Acting as a moderator."
:mod: would be a good shortcut

We could use other emojis for other things as well - DA, etc. Thoughts?

Suggested best practice might be to state it explicitly on first reference, which would help remind everyone that the emoji is shorthand (especially helpful for new people, who may be more likely to benefit from moderation messages). State explicitly as needed later on, as needed.

sacarney: Speaking as a moderator :mod:, blah blah blah.
...
sacarney: :mod: And furthermore.
...
sacarney: Okay, moderation talk over. 🐨
