Currently there is:

• Search module that needs to be migrated to the Github Druxt org: https://github.com/Realityloop/druxt-search
• Search block form component: https://github.com/druxt/demo.druxtjs.org/blob/develop/components/druxt/block/SearchFormBlock.vue

The main issue is that this was built around the JSON:API Search API module, which is not the same as Drupal's out of the box Search.
