I literally can't figure out how to use v3 to set some exifs on a TIFF image.

Can you provide me an example?

@dsoprea Hey Dustin, I'm also looking through the documentation and the examples ... and I'm struggling to put together all of the API parts together to understand how we can write EXIF data for a tiff image.

Is it as simple as stitching together the header bytes and the image bytes, and pass to golang's tiff.Encode function?
