stuck at step to setup tinybird in local development

I am following this guide https://dub.co/docs/local-development to set up local development but stuck at step 2

tb auth doesn't work at this step or am I doing something wrong here?

We need to create a virtual environment before installing the tinybird-cli more here https://www.tinybird.co/docs/cli/install

Do this step in the cd packages/tinybird

The Supported Python versions are 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, and 3.12. I installed the latest 3.13, which caused another issue.
