Built-in grapheme support

💡 Idea

We want a better built-in support for strings as such we consider that fast-check should come with a string builder able to build valid strings made of graphemes that make sense. In other words when building a string of 2 graphemes, it should really be of length 2 graphemes for Intl.Segmenter.

We are currently trying to extract some safe ranges of code points with graphemes not being able to be broken by others and not broken any other.

This issue will track our code snippets and findings...
