Doesn't look like the setup works for version 2

Is there a way to set up the remote cache to work with version 2 of turbo repo? I can't perform any of the login steps, and the config.json file doesn't do anything it seems. I can only get it to work with the environment variables. Is this intended? I don't want to define the environment variables every time I run a command.
