Progress reports for put_object_streams

When uploading multi gig files, a percentage/parts uploaded indicator would be handy.

Describe the solution you'd like
A bool or options struct in the get/put functions that changes whether upload/download progress percentage is printed out or not.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Just ended up building a manual .initiate_multipart_upload() thing with the lib which can have the chunk size adjusted. Also I added retries for parts, which would be another great feature for the put_object_streams function if it doesn't have that functionality.
