I don't see anything wrong in your logs. You can't accept the trade offer in steamguard-cli, you can confirm it. To actually accept it you gotta do it through the normal steam interface. |

steamguard-cli does not respond to trade offers. It responds to mobile confirmations.
For this trade in particular, it won't need a confirmation because you don't have anything on your side of the trade.
