<p>Hi, I'm Dylan.</p>
<p>
I'm a software engineer interested in the intersections of digital
technology, government, and public policy. I'm currently a
<a href="https://www.techcongress.io/"
>TechCongress Congressional Innovation Fellow</a
>
supporting the
<a href="https://oversightdemocrats.house.gov/"
>House Oversight & Accountability Committee</a
>
under Ranking Member Jamie Raskin. My policy interests include digital
service delivery, government modernization, open government,
open-source software, and science & innovation. (You can find recent

<p>
Previously, I worked for the
<a href="https://www.finance.senate.gov/">Senate Finance Committee</a>
under Chairman Ron Wyden. Before Congress, I worked as a software
engineer at
<a href="https://flexport.com">Flexport</a> building and maintaining
large backend services on which the core freight forwarding business
(shipping goods from point A to point B, anywhere in the world)
depended. Prior to Flexport, I worked on improving internal
documentation with the
<a
href="https://www.gsa.gov/about-us/organization/federal-acquisition-service/technology-transformation-services"
target="_blank"
>General Services Adminstration</a
>
(as a Coding it Forward
<a href="https://www.codingitforward.com/civic-digital-fellowship"
>Civic Digital Fellow</a
>);
<a

>advocated for</a

organizations. I received my B.S. in Computer Science from the
