The error means that some coordinates are inconsistent. In the new version 3.1.0, it happens when you, at some point, want to find an index in the ct from a coordinate which is not within the bounds of the CT. |

Hello, I'm a postgraduate student and this is my first time using matRad, so I appreciate any help this community can give.
Essentially I need to perform resampling and rigid registration on two CT DICOM files, then perform dose calculation. The process involves using 3D Slicer to resample and register, exporting the registered CT as DICOM files, then Load DICOM using matRad.
However, when I tried to do the last step of loading DICOM using matRad, I got the following error:
To debug, I imported the CT DICOM on 3D slicer and exported into DICOM files without resampling or registering or making any other changes, and I still get the same error.
There are also no issues with the original DICOM files, as there were no issues directly importing them on matRad.
Appreciate any help on this!
