Add display_consequence field to the associations endpoint

The field display_consequence present in the current endpoint is used to add colours the features. Could you please look into adding it to the new endpoint as well?

Hi @jdhayhurst - sorry, the current endpoint was wrong previously. I have changed it to the correct one.

Thanks @msmanoj. It may be possible to add these annotations later but we would do not currently generate/store these. @dzerbino please can you confirm that we're ok to proceed without these annotations?
