Training managmenet UI

Add training button in UI:

• select feature recipe
• select hardware options (provide cost estimate)
• hyperparameter optimisation

Limit to training button, open form to add parameters and headless execution.

User can track the training on their workspace.

First iteration deployed. At this moment, only Q1+ datasets with a field named trianing_template in the database show a TRAIN button in its page. This opens a form with some training options:

• open training template in cloud worksapce (flexibility)
• trigger headless execution with some parameters

Form will be enhanced as we add more training templates and hyperparameter optimisation options (see #155).
