Redmine 5 compatibility?

Cut off Redmine Entity Generator from https://github.com/easyredmine/redmine_extensions and make it compatible with redmine 5.

Instead of traditional redmine plugin, lets use RYS https://github.com/easysoftware/rys, which are better.

• feature toggler
• updates delivery
• rails engine way

In RYS there is new generation of generator already done...
