Revert removing components from the electrodes

The electrodes were split in components which is currently not compatible with the data on the website or the unitpackage module.

• Upload latest changes of the literature data on the website (see Adopt to schema website#210)
• Make sure the data is validated against the current version of the MDS (see Adopt to schema website#210)
• create a version/tag for the website
• create a version/tag for the MDS repo (version 0.1.0 https://github.com/echemdb/metadata-schema/tree/0.1.0)
• create a new repository for the literature data (see https://github.com/echemdb/electrochemistry-data)
• create a tag/version number for the literature data
• update unipackage to load data from the data repository (Update data location. unitpackage#32)
• revert the change in Remove components from electrode #47
  • adapt the new database to these changes
• implement checking yaml imput data with check-jsonschema (see https://github.com/echemdb/electrochemistry-data)
