What's missing?

The DSP 2024-1 specified a well-known endpoint for establishing trust. As outlined in eclipse-dataspace-protocol-base/DataspaceProtocol#47, it might make sense to move the endpoint to the DCP specification.

Why should it be in the spec?

I'm not sure it should be in the spec as discovery is already taken care of by the did document as per the spec.

Where should this be added?

If we need it, it should be added next to the did entries for the CredentialService and IssuerService respectively.
