Bring EDC components into a real production environment/ Add security

Hi, I have a question that is perhaps a bit outside the realms of EDC. My question is about security and how to bring EDC components into a real production environment. If you could enlighten me a bit on the subject and guide me as I'm a bit stuck.
I have seen that real environments like catena-x make use of the GXDCH to obtain all the necessary credentials and documents and then they have a series of components that store them, check them and do all the identification processes like Daps, Digital twin, virtual wallets and so on... all this is self-implementation and would be something that we should do to provide security, are there no EDC components that can be mounted and configured to obtain security apart from the Identity hub that is unfinished?

However, your original question has several misconceptions. Catena-X does not use GXDCH for Credential Issuance, nor does it use DAPS. There is substantial documentation on Catena-X and the EDC, which contains answers to your questions. Please take a look.
