Update Asset seeding in Postman collection

Feature Request

Update the asset seeding requests for provider-qna and provider-manufacturing in the postman collection so that they become "HTTP assets", i.e. assets that point to a backend REST service.
To keep things simple, we'll just use https://jsonplaceholder.typicode.com
