Bug Report

Describe the Bug

In the file https://github.com/eclipse-edc/eclipse-edc.github.io/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md are links pointing to google CLA. Is this intended? I would've expected a local CLA or at least some CLA from Eclipse Foundation.

Expected Behavior

A CLA from Eclipse Foundation.

Observed Behavior

Links referring to google CLA.
