Is your task related to a problem? Please describe.
SAMM shall support the semantic definition of basic event element submodel elements in the Asset Administration Shell (AAS).

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow to inherit from Events. Inherit from Event and introduce a predefined BasicEvent as defined in the AAS with its defined attributes except for observed. Observed relates to properties attached to the event in SAMM.

Describe alternatives you've considered
2) without inheritance, add attributes directly to Event
3) introduce predefined entity for Event and add it as property to the aspect. Add additionally a link to the event.

Additional context
AAS know an abstract EventElement and a BasicEventElement, thus it foresees that there might be other event definitions.
