Add image to better support the description of the architecture #187

This issue is a result of the discussion under [1].

The image could be located under the section Architecture/Overview and it's proposed to depict:

How Theia extensions can contribute directly to FE and BE API's.
That FE and BE run on different processes (and even different hosts)
That Vscode extensions and Theia plugins run in a separate process (I.e. Extension host)
The RPC communication lines between FE and BE, and FE to extensions host (via BE).
There is a one to one relationship between the number of FE and number of plugin hosts.
